Service Guarantee & Refund Policy

1. Service Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we will return to address any issues at no additional charge within 30 days of the original service.
2. Service Fees
- Service Call Fee: The service call fee covers our arrival, diagnosis, and estimate. This fee is applied toward any repair work if you choose to proceed.
- Diagnostic Fee: For complex issues, a diagnostic fee may apply. This is waived if we perform the repair.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a short-notice fee to cover technician time.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered in the following circumstances:
- Services not rendered as agreed
- Billing errors on our part
- Duplicate charges
5. Warranty on Parts & Labor
All parts installed by Triplett Plumbing are covered by manufacturer warranties. Additionally, we provide a 90-day warranty on our labor for most repairs. Extended warranties are available for certain services.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a service issue, please contact us at (406) 827-4863 or email info@bestofalltopics.com. We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
7. Emergency Services
Emergency service calls are subject to standard rates. Refunds for emergency services follow the same guidelines as regular services.
