Sausage-Casserole

For this great Dish You Will need the Following
   1 lb. pork sausage
   3 cp. frozen hash browns, thawed
   1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
   3 cp. shredded cheese,flavor is optional as well
   1/2 c. green pepper (optional)
   12 eggs, well beaten  2 cp. whole milk

Preperations for this nice dish

 Cook sausage till well done.
Drain and crumble. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Place hash browns in pan. Add salt if you chose to.
Layer sausage,cheese and pepper in dish. Combine eggs with milk and pour over mixture. Cover with tin foil.

Place in preheated oven at 375.
Let bake for 45 minutes or till done.
Let stand for 5 minutes to let it cool.
This will make any where from 7 to 12 servings.
